Most customers prefer that their computers be serviced on location rather than on a tech's workbench, so as mobile technicians, we prefer to bring our office to you. We generally serve most of Northeast Kansas as well as the Greater Kansas City Metro area.

In order to provide you personalized service, we schedule by appointment only. Just like you, we get frustrated by shops that check in your computer and wait days to work on it, doctors who schedule multiple patients all at the same time in five separate rooms, or airlines that sell the same seat to three customers. You get the idea. Your time is valuable and we don't like to keep you waiting. The scheduled time of your appointment is reserved just for you.
When we schedule an appointment, we work on your computer right then and there, either on site or at one of our offices. When we schedule your service, we'll make sure that we are the best choice for you as well as insuring we have all the resources -- such as tools, supplies and directions to your location -- in advance so we don't waste your time or money (in fact, we may even solve your problem over the phone!) Thanks for allowing us to exclusively reserve time for you.
Our rate is $90 an hour, with a minimum of one hour (additional time is billed in 1/2 hour increments) plus the trip charge. Please realize a service call time is specfically reserved exclusively for you. If you cannot keep your appointment, we need at least four hours notice to give that time to another person. In the interest of serving all clients fairly, failure to properly notify us will usually result in our inablity to service you again.
Unless we've arranged terms, payment is expected at time of service, and we can take all credit cards via our relationship with Square.
